How To Make sweet chili ginger pork loin chops
-
Step 1In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Whisk well and set aside.
-
Step 2Season meat with freshly ground mixed peppercorns; set aside.
-
Step 3In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. When hot, add pork loin chops, seasoned side down; season the tops with mixed peppercorns.
-
Step 4Sear for 3 minutes before flipping and cook for another 3 minutes. Flip them on their sides and sear until brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
-
Step 5In the same skillet, add the sauce and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook until it thickens, 2 minutes at the most.
-

-
Step 7Flip and cover with sauce a few times or until they reach the internal temperature between 140 degrees F and 145 degrees F.
-
Step 8Remove from the heat and let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle on toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
