Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup shaoxing wine or sherry
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large rack of pork ribs cut into sections.
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup each apricot jam & ketchup
- drippings from the ribs
How To Make sweet and sticky asian pork ribs

Step 1Mix the marinade ingredients together. Add the ribs and let marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the ribs and the marinade in a baking pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Step 2Remove the ribs to a plate. Raise the heat of the oven to 400 degrees. Strain the pan drippings through a fine mesh strainer into a grease separator. Separate the grease back into the baking pan. Stir in the 1/2 cup apricot jam and ketchup. Add the ribs to the baking pan and place back into the oven for 15 minutes. Turn the ribs and cook 15 more minutes. Remove from oven Place ribs on a serving dish.

Step 3Strain the drippings again through a fine mesh strainer into a saucepan. Bring to a boil on stove top and reduce to simmer and simmer 10 minutes to reduce. Brush over the ribs and serve
