Soooo good. They have a slight bite, but are sweet and tangy at the same time. They melt in your mouth. I have never had more flavorful ribs. I couldn't stop saying WOW.

slabs of ribs
1 1/2 Tbsp
seasoning salt
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp
celery seed
2 tsp
powdered red pepper
2 tsp
chili powder
2 tsp
2 c
1/2 c
molasses or maple syrup (orig, recipe is molasses)
1 c
orange juice
1/2 c
apple cider vinegar

How to Make sweet and spicy ribs


  • 1place ribs in boiling water for 15 mins.
  • 2While ribs are boiling, whisk together remainder of ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  • 3When ribs are done boiling, pat dry and cover with the mixture. Rub mixture all over ribs.
  • 4bake for 30 minutes on 350. baste then turn over and cook for another 30 minutes. take out and baste every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.
  • 5ENJOY as they melt in your mouth and fall off the bone.
