sweet and spicy ribs
Soooo good. They have a slight bite, but are sweet and tangy at the same time. They melt in your mouth. I have never had more flavorful ribs. I couldn't stop saying WOW.

Ingredients
- 3-4 - slabs of ribs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
- 2 teaspoons powdered red pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses or maple syrup (orig, recipe is molasses)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
How To Make sweet and spicy ribs

Step 1place ribs in boiling water for 15 mins.

Step 2While ribs are boiling, whisk together remainder of ingredients until sugar is dissolved.

Step 3When ribs are done boiling, pat dry and cover with the mixture. Rub mixture all over ribs.

Step 4bake for 30 minutes on 350. baste then turn over and cook for another 30 minutes. take out and baste every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.

Step 5ENJOY as they melt in your mouth and fall off the bone.
