Ingredients

  • 5-6
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1
    head cabbage
  • 4
    apples cut up in bite size pieces
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2
    apple cider or water
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Sweet and Spicy pork chops in crock pot

Step-by-Step

  1. Place finely chopped cabbage in crock pot 1/2 to 1 head. Top with cut up apple top with brown sugar, place raw pork chops on top and pour apple cider or water on top pork chops and S&P chops..
  2. Cook 4hours high, or 7 hours low in crock serve on top of mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.. So good..
