This is a new recipe I made up and tried for the first time tonight. It is very good. Everyone in my household loved it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 c
    applesauce
  • 1 tsp
    chipolte seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion/dried
  • dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • dash(es)
    salt
  • dash(es)
    pepper
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 c
    crushed cornflakes

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Pork Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl with your hands.
  2. Pat out into patties, keep them thick and rounded,
    place in a pan not touching.
  3. Put in a 350 degree oven for approx. 35 min. or until done in the middle.
