I just love the sauce on these baby's. I wish my mother was still alive,she would be so proud.
So let your mouth be proud while tasting these fall apart ribs in this lip licking sauce. You will not be disapointed!

    2 cups packed brown sugar
  • ·
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • ·
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • ·
    1/3 cup water
  • ·
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ·
    2 tablespoons ketchup
  • ·
    3 garlic cloves,minced
  • ·
    8 bone in country style pork ribs

How to Make Sweet and Sour Ribs


  1. In a small sauce pan, combime brown sugar and flour. Stir in the vinegar,water,soy sauce,ketchup and garlic. Bring to a boil; cook ans stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Place ribs in a slow cooker. Top with sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until meat is tender. Skim fat. Serve ribs with sauce.
