Ingredients
- 2 packages pork chops, boneless
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 package stir~fry vegtables
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 large onions, yellow, medium
- 1 can pineapple
- 3 cups instant rice
- 2 cups tropicana orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 medium orange
- 3 bottles sweet and sour sauce
How To Make sweet and sour pork served with orange rice

Step 1Heat up your wok or deep skillet with oil cut pork into bite size pieces toss in flour add to heated skillet brown meat begin to add chopped onions , chopped bell peppers I use red,and green let them cook togather till they appear to be tender

Step 2add the frozen stir~fry veggies along with your can of pineapple I drain the juice off . I have used both the one in own juice or the one in heavy syrup they both are good then add 3 bottles of sweet and sour sauce stir everything well and let it simmer on low for about 30 to 45 min. then turn to low heat just to keep warm while making rice

Step 3Mix your rice as directed on box I make 3 cups. then add 1 cup water 2 cup of Tropicana orange juice and grated orange peel cook as directed once rice is done then pour the sweet and sour pork over a bed of rice :)
