Ingredients
- 6 - boneless pork loin chops (4oz ea)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
How To Make sweet and sour pork chops

Step 1Sprinkle pepper on pork chops in a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray;cook pork over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned....remove from heat and keep warm.

Step 2Add the water(1/2C),vinegar,brown sugar,soy sauce & worcestershire sauce to the skillet;stir to loosen browned bits.Bring to a boil.Combine cornstarch & cold water until smooth;stir into skillet. bring to a boil;cook & stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Step 3Return chops to skillet.Reduce heat;cover & simmer for 4-5 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160.
