A little sweet, a little sour, a little sticky but a whole lot of FLAVOR!!!

Ingredients

  • - 2 racks baby back style ribs
  • - 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • - 1/4 cup chinese plum sauce or apricot preserves
  • - 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tbsp mince garlic

How To Make sweet and sassy spareribs

  • Step 1
    adjust oven rack 6 inches from broiler. Preheat broiler to high
  • Step 2
    Line baking sheet with foil. Cut rack into indivdual ribs and lay meaty side down close together but not touching
  • Step 3
    In small bowl combine remaining ingredients, Spoon 1/3 sauce over ribs
  • Step 4
    Broil 10 min. Turn ribs meaty side up and spoon 1/3 sauce over ribs.
  • Step 5
    Broil 6 min. then spoon over the remaining sauce over ribs. Broil for an additional 4 min or till ribs are crispy and done
  • Step 6
    Enjoy
