surprise! pulled pork for sammies
It was nasty hot at 8 am so I was determined not to heat up my kitchen at all today. I thought crock pot and sandwiches for supper, that's how I'll go. I thought I had a pork shoulder in the freezer but nope just a 4 pound end portion of ham. "What's ham?" I thought. "well it's just smoked pork butt" I'll try it... I'll never go back to regular pork for pulled pork sandwiches again, and my family thanks me for it. Wish I had pictures.
