super easy bbq pork loin
My friend, Susan, knowing how much I love to cook, gave me this recipe. It's NOT the most fabulous BBQ you'll ever have -- the apples keep it moist but cut the barbecue sauce too much. Maybe lessen the apples and use super-flavor BBQ? But it's CONSISTENTLY good. And it's EASY. And it makes a LOT. Tailor to your own needs by changing quality of meat, barbecue sauce, amounts of either, etc.
