This is such an easy and fairly quick recipe to make. Using a store bought spaghetti sauce saves on time. Most times that I make it, I freeze 1/2 of the recipe to have another night.

Ingredients
- 1 package large pasta shells, cooked and cooled
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 package italian sausage, cooked and drained
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed shells

Step 1Combine ricotta cheese, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese and eggs together. Mix well.Spoon cheese mixture into the cooked pasta shells. Place in greased 9 X 13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle cooked Italian sausage over the cheese. Top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over sauce. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.Uncover and cook the remaining 15 minutes.
