I taught this to my kids when they were ready to learn how to cook so that they could learn two recipies at once

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crutons
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup onion,diced fine
  • 1/2 cup celery,diced fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 - boneless pork chops
  • 12 - tooth picks
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 - egg

How To Make stuffed pork chops

  • Step 1
    first mix your crutons,onion,celery,cornmeal,egg creamof mushroom soup and garlic n herb seasoning ,in a lg bowl and mix real well
  • Step 2
    second you grab acookie sheet and lay out your porkchops and place in the center of your pork chop about 2-3 tablespoons of your mixture then roll up the chops into a roll insert tooth pick on the ends to hold together
  • Step 3
    bake at 350 degrees for 25 mintues or until brown take out of the oven and you can serve with gravy or without your choice
