I taught this to my kids when they were ready to learn how to cook so that they could learn two recipies at once

  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    onion,diced fine
  • 1/2 c
    celery,diced fine
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 6
    boneless pork chops
  • 12
    tooth picks
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1

How to Make stuffed pork chops


  1. first mix your crutons,onion,celery,cornmeal,egg creamof mushroom soup and garlic n herb seasoning ,in a lg bowl and mix real well
  2. second you grab acookie sheet and lay out your porkchops and place in the center of your pork chop about 2-3 tablespoons of your mixture then roll up the chops into a roll insert tooth pick on the ends to hold together
  3. bake at 350 degrees for 25 mintues or until brown take out of the oven and you can serve with gravy or without your choice
