Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops, center cut
- 1 box stove top stuffing mix (pork or cornbread)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- - cooking oil
- - water
How To Make stuffed pork chops

Step 1Salt & Pepper the Pork Chops & brown lightly in a small amount of oil. Once browned put to the side. Add the can of cream of mushroom soup to the pan with the left over oil and any crusty bits from chops and then fill the soup can up with water(or milk) if preferred and add to soup in pan to make a nice gravy. Bring to a boil and keep warm until ready to assemble.

Step 2Make stuffing mix as directed on box

Step 3Assemble Pork Chops in a baking dish and divide the stuffing to make a nice mound on top of each chop. Pour your gravy over the stuffing mix and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
