- 4 - thick boneless pork chops
- 6 slices dry bread
- 1 - egg
- 1 - apple cut in small pieces
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon each salt ,pepper, basil, and taragon
- - your fav. sauce
How To Make stuffed pork chops

Step 1Cut a opening in the side of the chop. In a mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients and stuff the chops. Place them on a sheet pan and bake them to 145 degrease or until you are happy with pork being cooked.serve with your fav. gravy
