stuffed pork chops

When I cut my pork loin I always cut some thicker for stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 4 - thick boneless pork chops
  • 6 slices dry bread
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - apple cut in small pieces
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon each salt ,pepper, basil, and taragon
  • - your fav. sauce

How To Make stuffed pork chops

  • Step 1
    Cut a opening in the side of the chop. In a mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients and stuff the chops. Place them on a sheet pan and bake them to 145 degrease or until you are happy with pork being cooked.serve with your fav. gravy
  • Step 2
    Always cook your meats so you are comfartable with the out come.
