When I cut my pork loin I always cut some thicker for stuffing.

    thick boneless pork chops
  • 6 slice
    dry bread
  • 1
    egg
  • 1
    apple cut in small pieces
  • 1/4 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 tsp
    each salt ,pepper, basil, and taragon
  • ·
    your fav. sauce

How to Make Stuffed pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut a opening in the side of the chop. In a mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients and stuff the chops. Place them on a sheet pan and bake them to 145 degrease or until you are happy with pork being cooked.serve with your fav. gravy
  2. Always cook your meats so you are comfartable with the out come.
