- 1 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 3-4 sticks string cheese
- 2 bottles favorite pasta sauce
How To Make stuffed italian sausage balls

Step 1Mix the sausage,egg and italian bread crumbs Make as many large or small balls balls as you want.

Step 2cut the string cheese into the same amount of pieces as there are sausage balls

Step 3insert cheese into ball, shape the meat around the cheese,make sure no cheese is showing

Step 4place the sausage balls into a saucepan with your favorite spaghetti sauce,bring to a simmer covered for 20 to 25 min.make sure not to boil or else all your cheese will leak out

Step 5Serve with pasta or spaghetti squash
