1/2 c
italian bread crumbs
3-4 stick
string cheese
2 bottle
favorite pasta sauce

How to Make Stuffed Italian Sausage Balls


  • 1Mix the sausage,egg and italian bread crumbs
    Make as many large or small balls balls as you want.
  • 2cut the string cheese into the same amount of pieces as there are sausage balls
  • 3insert cheese into ball, shape the meat around the cheese,make sure no cheese is showing
  • 4place the sausage balls into a saucepan with your favorite spaghetti sauce,bring to a simmer covered for 20 to 25 min.make sure not to boil or else all your cheese will leak out
  • 5Serve with pasta or spaghetti squash
