Ingredients

  • ·
    hot sausage links.
  • ·
    hot yellow peppers.
  • ·
    brown sugar - to taste
  • ·
    sausage rolls
  • ·
    shredded mozzarella cheese - to taste
  • ·
    hot pepper sauce - to taste

How to Make Stuffed hot pepper sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut hot peppers down the middle long way and clean the seeds out. 1 pepper per 2 sandwiches.
  2. Grill the hot sausage until fully cooked, grill the peppers to desired texture IE crispy, tender crisp, etc sprinkle the brown sugar on the peppers as they grill.
  3. put sausage on your desired bun type, I use sausage rolls, top with pepper, cheese, and pepper sauce to desired taste.
  4. Enjoy.
