How to Make Stuffed Green Peppers
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Gut green bell pepers, discard insides. Cook rice to directions on box.
- Beat eggs.
- Combine sausage, rice, corn, bread crumbs, onions, and eggs into meatloaf consistancy.
- Stuff peppers with mixture until full. Place face up in a pyrex baking dish. Top with stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.
