Ingredients
- 4 - large green bell peppers
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes, italian-style
- 1 pound mild pork sausage
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 - small onion (chopped)
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup rice precooked
- 2 - eggs
How To Make stuffed green peppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Gut green bell pepers, discard insides. Cook rice to directions on box.

Step 3Beat eggs.

Step 4Combine sausage, rice, corn, bread crumbs, onions, and eggs into meatloaf consistancy.

Step 5Stuff peppers with mixture until full. Place face up in a pyrex baking dish. Top with stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.

Step 6bake at 350 for 1 hour.
