This is a crock pot recipe. This is always a hit in my house & when its gone everyone asks when im making it again!

Ingredients For stuffed cranberry pork loin

  • 1
    pork loin (any weight)
  • 1 box
    stuffing mix
  • 1 can
    cranberry (whole or jellied)
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    packed brown sugar

How To Make stuffed cranberry pork loin

    Trim excess fat off of pork loin. Butterfly pork loin so it opens like a tri-fold menu.

    Prepare stuffing & place spoonfuls into pork loin. Fold edges over & close pork loin. use toothpicks to hold it closed.

    Mix O.J, Brown Sugar & Cranberry until thin. Pour mixture over pork loin. Save some to re-coat the loin in the last 20 min of cooking. Cook on High for4-6 hours in crock pot
