1pork loin (any weight)
1 boxstuffing mix
1 can(s)cranberry (whole or jellied)
1/2 corange juice
1/4 cpacked brown sugar
How to Make Stuffed Cranberry Pork Loin
- Trim excess fat off of pork loin. Butterfly pork loin so it opens like a tri-fold menu.
- Prepare stuffing & place spoonfuls into pork loin. Fold edges over & close pork loin. use toothpicks to hold it closed.
- Mix O.J, Brown Sugar & Cranberry until thin. Pour mixture over pork loin. Save some to re-coat the loin in the last 20 min of cooking. Cook on High for4-6 hours in crock pot
