Ingredients
- 1-2 - racks pork spareribs (3-4 pound) or pork roast but cut in pieces
- 1/4 cup kecap manis or sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
How To Make sticky pork ribs

Step 1Line a baking sheet with 2 layers of parchment paper and place the ribs on the baking sheet. In a bowl, combine the kecap manis or sweet soy sauce and barbecue sauce.

Step 2Pour over the ribs, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. When ready to cook, preheat the over to 350F. Remove the plastic wrap and bake the ribs for about 50 minutes, turning and basting occasionally. To serve, cut between the ribs to separate.
