This is Steve's favorite sauce I make for ribs..yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 5 lb
    country-style pork ribs
  • 1
    12 ozz bottle chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c
    packed light brown sugar

How to Make Steve's chili sauce ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg pot, heat oil over med-high heat. Brown ribs in oil on all sides.
  2. In lg bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Reduce heat in pot to medium heat. Pour sauce over ribs.
  3. Cover, cook 1-1/2 hrs, or until tender, turning occasionally.
