John smoked this for Christmas 2022. He used a mix of cherry and mesquite wood chips. We also had smashed potatoes, green bean casserole, yam casserole and Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 10 lb spiral sliced ham, he got it from kroger
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2-3 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 jar peach preserves, he got jar at kroger
- pink sea salt
How To Make spiral ham in the smoker, john's

Step 1Put ham in deep disposable tinfoil pan flat side down. Sprinkle with pink sea salt.

Step 2Baste is made with butter and brown sugar, melted in the microwave 3 min. Stir, then stir in peach preserves. He used about 1/3 jar. It made 4 cups total.

Step 3Put half of the baste on before putting in smoker. Smoke for 3 hours at 275 degrees.

Step 4Pour remaining baste over ham, then turn up to 400 degrees for another 25-30 minutes to caramelize.
