My dear friend, Mary Moore, served this to our ladies at Antique Study Club one day. It was SOOOOO good that I refused to leave until she gave me the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage, casings removed, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces mexican velveeta shredded cheese
- 10 ounces package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 ounces package herb and garlic cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 packages refrigerated pie crusts
How To Make spinach pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Mix first six ingredients with the two eggs and hot sauce until well blended.

Step 3On lightly floured surface roll out pie crust to 12-inch circle and put in pie plate.

Step 4Fill with sausage mixture.

Step 5Roll remaining crust and put on top of pie.

Step 6Brush with egg and bake 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 7Serve warm or at room temperature.
