Ingredients
- 4 - bone-in pork chops
- - flour for coating
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 large apple, peeled, cored, cut into 1/4"-thick slices
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make spicy sweet pork chops

Step 1Place some flour in a lg shallow bowl and coat each pork chop w/ the flour. In a bowl, stir together picante sauce, brown sugar and apple slices.

Step 2heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and brown on both sides.

Step 3Pour off any excess fat from skillet. Pour the picante sauce over chops in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover, cook for 20 mins.
