How To Make spicy sriracha country pork ribs - cassie's

  • 1
In a dutch oven, combine ribs, water, onion and vinegar; bring to a boil. I cut my ribs in half. You can leave them whole. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, turning ribs occasionally.
  • 2
    Drain.
  • 3
Place ribs in a single layer in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish, or I used my 4 quart casserole dish.
  • 4
Combine sauce ingredients. If the sauce is too thick to your liking..add a bit more water to thin..we like it thick..
  • 5
Spoon over ribs. Cover and bake at 325 degree F. for approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the meat is fork tender.
  • 6
I remove the lid the last 20 minutes. If needs more water add a small amount, just to keep from burning.. ** A note..the onions will still have a slight crunchiness..if you don't like that..saute the onion and garlic for a few minutes before adding to the sauce..my family likes the onion the way they are.
