The sauce can also be used on Beef Ribs.. it's just plain good! Great on wings also..

Ingredients

3 1/2 - 4 lbcountry ribs

1 1/2 cwater

1 mediumonion, sliced

1 Tbspvinegar

SAUCE
-
1 cketchup

1/2 conion, chopped small

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspsriracha hot chili sauce

2 tspbrown sugar

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 cwater

·a couple pinches red pepper flakes ( optional)
How to Make Spicy Sriracha Country Pork Ribs - Cassie's
- Place ribs in a single layer in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish, or I used my 4 quart casserole dish.
- I remove the lid the last 20 minutes. If needs more water add a small amount, just to keep from burning..
** A note..the onions will still have a slight crunchiness..if you don't like that..saute the onion and garlic for a few minutes before adding to the sauce..my family likes the onion the way they are.
