Ingredients
- 14 ounces pad thai noodles
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 scallions chopped
- 2 tablespoons golden mountain seasoning sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- hoisin
- cilantro
- lime wedges
How To Make spicy rice noodles with ground pork & scallions

Step 1Cook the Pad Thai noodles according to package directions. Drain rinse with hot water and drizzle 1 tbsp toasted Sesame oil over the noodles. set aside.

Step 2Add the remaining sesame oil in a large skillet or Wok. Add the ginger, garlic and pork. Cook breaking up the pork until pork is no longer pink. Add the scallions, brown sugar, and Golden Mountain seasoning sauce. Cook 30 seconds. Stir in the chili garlic sauce and noodles. Cook until noodles are heated through

Step 3Serve drizzled with hoisin sauce and top with cilantro and lime wedges.
