Spicy and savory pulled pork recipe. When your in the mood for something quick and easy but with just the right amount of punch. The kids and adults can’t get enough. If you want a little extra flavor, serve with pickles or sriracha mayo coleslaw (mayo, sriracha, pinch of salt/pepper and tsp of apple cider vinegar).

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 2-3 pounds pork butt

How To Make spicy pulled pork in instapot

  • Step 1
    Cut into big chunks. Rub with mustard
  • Step 2
    Rub with olive oil
  • Step 3
    Rub with spices and Brown for 10 mins on sauté setting of instapot.
  • Step 4
    Pour apple cider vinegar on top. Put on closed setting for release valve and meat setting on high pressure for 60 mins. Let naturally vent for about 30-60 mins.
  • Step 5
    After it’s finished, remove the top and use a wooden spoon to easily mash and shred the pork in the instapot.
  • Step 6
    Serve with your BBQ sauce or choice on top of toasted and buttered rolls, slider buns or hamburger buns.
