spicy pork and peas noodle bowl
If you don't like a lot of spice, leave out the Thai chiles, which is what I usually do unless I am making this for my son. He likes the hot stuff. I use a little chili garlic sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 2 large Thai chiles, sliced
- 1/2 cup Thai basil, chopped
- 8 ounces rice noodles
How To Make spicy pork and peas noodle bowl

Step 1Add the oil to a stir fry pan. Add the garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up until no longer pink.

Step 2Add the oyster sauce, Hoisin sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well.

Step 3Add the frozen peas and chilies and cook about 2 minutes.

Step 4Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain reserving 2 Tbsp noodle water.

Step 5Add the water to the pork mixture. Add the Thai basil. Plate the noodles and spoon the pork mixture over top.
