Everyone that has tried this loves it, I never have leftovers when I make this dish. It is spicy and juicy and will put a little tingle in your ears! Love it!!

  • 2 medium
    boneless pork roast
  • 2 small
    habanero pepper, fresh diced
  • 1 small
    red onion diced
  • 2 tsp
    fresh ginger grated
  • 1 pkg
    noodle soup mix, oriental flavor
  • 1 pkg
    lipton savory garlic and herb soup mix
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 6 c
  • 1 1/2 bottle
    chipolte bar-b-que sauce

How to Make Spicy Overnight Bar-B-Que Pulled Pork


  1. Get out the crock pot and put your two roasts in there, add all your ingredients besides the bar-b-que sauce. turn the crock pot on low and let cook for about 9 hours. Let cool for about 1/2 an hour and then pull the pork apart in shreds. Make sure you pour all the leftover juice from the pork out and put your pulled pork back into the crock pot and add your bar-b-que sauce let warm up and serve on your choice of buns.
  2. For add flavors you could top you sandwich's off with a dollop of coleslaw or any number of yummy things.
