pork, boneless and cubed
1/4 c
peanut butter, creamy
1 tsp
coriander, ground
1.5 tsp
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tsp
cumin, ground
1/2 tsp
garlic clove, minced
1.5 tsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
soy sauce

How to Make Spicy Kebabs


  • 1Grate the onions.
  • 2This is best done using a food processor.
  • 3Mincing is not good enough, you want to end up with something wet and mushy.
  • 4Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, mix well, and cover.
  • 5Refrigerate for several hours, mixing occasionally.
  • 6Put meat cubes on skewers, keeping as much of the onion mixture on them as you can.
  • 7Grill over hot coals, turning to brown each side, for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  • 8(Lamb should still be slightly pink; pork should not.)
  • 9TIP: You could probably put some vegetables (onions, bell peppers) on the skewers between the meat chunks; watch out that the veggies don\'t burn.
