spicy citrus ribs
There are endless ways to grill ribs, chicken, pork etc. This one has a citrus twist to it and it is just finger-lickin' good!!!

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds country-style ribs
- 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 large orange, sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 to 4 dashes tabasco sauce
How To Make spicy citrus ribs

Step 1Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.

Step 2Place a slice of lemon, orange and onion on each rib.

Step 3Roast at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 4Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Step 5Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs and reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

Step 6Continue roasting for an hour longer, basting several times. Cook till fork tender.
