There are endless ways to grill ribs, chicken, pork etc. This one has a citrus twist to it and it is just finger-lickin' good!!!

Ingredients

3 to 4 lb
country-style ribs
1 large
lemon, thinly sliced
1 large
orange, sliced
1 large
onion, thinly sliced
4 c
water
2 c
ketchup
1/4 c
brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
chili powder
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 dash(es)
tabasco sauce

How to Make SPICY CITRUS RIBS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
  • 2Place a slice of lemon, orange and onion on each rib.
  • 3Roast at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 4Combine remaining ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • 5Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs and reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  • 6Continue roasting for an hour longer, basting several times. Cook till fork tender.
