Ingredients For spicy bbq pulled pork stuffed pepper mini's

  • 1/2 c
    outta the park spicy bbq sauce
  • 1/3 lb
    smoked pork, chopped
  • 6-8 oz
    mexican shredded cheese
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    uncle gary's gourmet peppers, chopped
  • 2 md
    garlic cloves, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, chopped
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    habanero sea salt
  • 12
    mini bell peppers, cut in half

How To Make spicy bbq pulled pork stuffed pepper mini's

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients 1-11 in a mixung bowl.

    Stuff pepper halves with mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until peppers are soft and cheese has melted.
