Ingredients
- 2 jars mango chutney
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (kosher is great)
- 1 large pork loin sliced to your desired thickness (boneless chops work great as well)
- 1 can chicken broth
How To Make spiced mango chutney pork loin/chops

Step 1Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray heat to medium/High. (use Olive Oil if you'd like)

Step 2Mix your seasoning in a bowl (allspice, cinn and salt) -Rub each chop thoroughly with spices

Step 3Place in heated pan to sear (1 minute each side)

Step 4Place chops in the slow cooker-cover with Chicken broth

Step 5Let chops cook for 3-4 hours-in the last hour ADD the jars of Chutney to the cooker

Step 6Serve with rice or Egg noodles
