Spiced Mango Chutney Pork Loin/chops

Ingredients

2 jar(s)mango chutney
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspground allspice
-
3/4 tspsalt (kosher is great)
-
1 largepork loin sliced to your desired thickness (boneless chops work great as well)

1 can(s)chicken broth
How to Make Spiced Mango Chutney Pork Loin/chops
- Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray heat to medium/High. (use Olive Oil if you'd like)
- Mix your seasoning in a bowl (allspice, cinn and salt)
-Rub each chop thoroughly with spices - Place in heated pan to sear (1 minute each side)
- Place chops in the slow cooker-cover with Chicken broth
- Let chops cook for 3-4 hours-in the last hour ADD the jars of Chutney to the cooker
- Serve with rice or Egg noodles
