Spiced Ham Vegetable Casserole

processed cheese spread

mixed vegetables, frozen

spiced ham, canned and cubed
1.25 c
rice, instant and uncooked
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can(s)
french fried onions
2 c
butter cracker crumbs
1/3 c
butter, melted
1/2 c


1Heat oven to 350.
2In bowl, combine soup, milk and cheese spread.
3In large bowl, combine vegetables, spiced ham, rice, cheese and onions; stir in soup mixture.
4Pour into 13x9" baking pan; combine crackers and melted butter, then sprinkle over casserole and bake 50-55 minutes or until hot.
