Ingredients

  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin, powdered
  • 1 Tbsp
    turkish oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, dried
  • 1 1/2-2 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse and pat dry tenderloin with paper towels and place in a 8 x 11 baking dish.
  2. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients with a fork until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle dry rub over the tenderloin making sure to cover all sides.
    Proceed to rub spices thoroughly into the tenderloin.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and marinade in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet, place tenerloin in and quickly brown on all sides.
  6. Place back in baking dish and bake in a pre-heated 350 F oven for about 15 minutes or until internal temp. reads 145 F.
  7. Remove from from pan, place on a cutting board and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve.
