Spareribs and Kraut

Ingredients

2 lbcountry pork ribs - can use more than 2 lbs.

1 lbcan of drained kraut
-
1 can(s)beef consomme
-
3 to 4 slicebacon
How to Make Spareribs and Kraut
- Line bottom of pan with bacon (I use 9X13). Fluff kraut and place over bacon. Season pork with salt and pepper. Place on the kraut. Pour soup over ribs and cover pan.
- Bake in oven 325 - for 2 1/2 hrs.
