I like making different sauces and after I made this one ,it was a keeper

Ingredients

  • 2 strips back ribs
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed5
  • 5 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce, light
  • 6 Tbsp
    honey
  • 4
    cloves minced garlic

How To Make

    RIBS...2 strips back or side ribs,,your choice..place ribs in roasting pan add an onion cut in chunks 2 carrots cut in chunks and 2 celery ribs pour in water enough to cover the ribs..bake on 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours til fork tende

    SAUCE'''while ribs are cooking place the sauce ingredients in sauce pan {mix water and cornstarch first til well combined then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes stirring so as not to burn..

    When ribs are tender remove from oven pour ot the water and vegies,,cool so you can handle and cut the ribs into pieces 2 ribs wide..place on baking sheet and cover both sides of the ribs with the sauce and return to oven for about 10 minutes..serve with fried rice or side of your choice.
