Ingredients For spare ribs and sauce

  • 2 strips back ribs
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed5
  • 5 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce, light
  • 6 Tbsp

    cloves minced garlic

How To Make spare ribs and sauce

    RIBS...2 strips back or side ribs,,your ribs in roasting pan add an onion cut in chunks 2 carrots cut in chunks and 2 celery ribs pour in water enough to cover the ribs..bake on 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours til fork tende
