How to Make Spanish Pork Chops
1Brown pork chops slowly on both sides in oil, removed chops from pan.
2Brown onions in same skillet, when onions are browned add tomatoes and seasonings and chops. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 min. Cook rice while chops are simmering.
3Remove chops and thicken tomatoe mixture with the flour mixed to a smooth paste with 1/4 cup of cold water. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes stirring constantly.
4Place chops around the edge of a large platter, heap the rice in the middle and pour the sauce over rice and chops.
