How to Make Spanish Pork Chops
- Brown pork chops slowly on both sides in oil, removed chops from pan.
- Brown onions in same skillet, when onions are browned add tomatoes and seasonings and chops. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 min. Cook rice while chops are simmering.
- Remove chops and thicken tomatoe mixture with the flour mixed to a smooth paste with 1/4 cup of cold water. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes stirring constantly.
- Place chops around the edge of a large platter, heap the rice in the middle and pour the sauce over rice and chops.
