Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 3 pounds pork spare ribs cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
How To Make soy and vinegar braised spare ribs

Step 1Place the cider vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and water together in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the ribs. Stir to coat well and cover. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender falling off the bone.

Step 2With tongs remove the ribs and keep warm. Bring the heat to high and stir in the mustards. Cook until thickened a bit. Serve over ribs.
