How to Make Southwestern Pork Chops

  1. Pour vegetable oil in skillet, enough to cover bottom. Put pork chops in skillet; apply taco seasoning to both sides of pork chops, turning occasionally. Cook until evenly browned. Top with salsa, if desired.
  2. TIP: To make pork chops more tender, after cooking, place them on a dish, sprinkle with water, cover and microwave for about one minute.
