- 4 - boneless pork loin chops (5oz ea.)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic/pepper blend
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (8 oz)
- 1 cup salsa medium
How To Make southwestern pineapple pork chops

Step 1Sprinkle pork chops with pepper blend.

Step 2In a large skillet, brown chops in oil. Remove and keep warm.

Step 3In the same skillet, combine pineapple and salsa. Bring to a boil.

Step 4Return chops to the pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
