How to Make Southern Style Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs


  • 1Remove membrane from the under side of the rib and cut the rack in half.
  • 2Rub the dry rub onto both sides of the rack and place in a baking pan meat side up.
  • 3Pour the beer into the pan and cover tightly with foil
  • 4Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees
  • 5Remove the foil and brush on BBQ sauce, Next turn the broiler on to crunch the ribs.
