Ingredients
- 1/2 pound rotisserie chicken, deboned
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 12 ounces polish sausage
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 1 - celery stalk
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 can or 14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups wild rice or minute rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Step 1Cook and stir chicken in hot butter in large skillet until lightly browned. Add sausage, green pepper, onion and celery;cook until vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and water;bring to full boil. Stir in rice, salt and tabasco sauce. Cover;remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork;sprinkle with parsley. makes 4 servings

Step 2Microwave Directions-Comine chicken(should be rotissirie),butter, sausage, green pepper, onion, and celery in 12X7X7 1/2 in. microwavable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at High 3 minutes;stir. Add tomatoes, rice,salt and tabasco sauce. Cover and cook at high 7 min. longer. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork;sprinkle with parsley.
