1/2 lbrotisserie chicken, deboned

2 Tbspbutter, melted

12 ozpolish sausage

1 smgreen bell pepper

1celery stalk

1 smonion diced

1 canor 14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes

1/2 cwater

1 1/2 cwild rice or minute rice

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsptabasco sauce

1 Tbspchopped parsley
How To Make southern style jambalaya

1Cook and stir chicken in hot butter in large skillet until lightly browned. Add sausage, green pepper, onion and celery;cook until vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and water;bring to full boil. Stir in rice, salt and tabasco sauce. Cover;remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork;sprinkle with parsley. makes 4 servings

2Microwave Directions-Comine chicken(should be rotissirie),butter, sausage, green pepper, onion, and celery in 12X7X7 1/2 in. microwavable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at High 3 minutes;stir. Add tomatoes, rice,salt and tabasco sauce. Cover and cook at high 7 min. longer. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork;sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
