You don't have to wait until summer to have a great pulled BBQ pork sandwich. I always get requests to make these delicious sandwiches. It's made in a slow cooker, so it's easy to make, but yet so tasty. Note: You can brown the roast in a little olive oil on the stove first, to give it more eye appeal.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Pulled pork in the Crock Pot is one of those simple recipes every cook should have in their recipe box. This one is simple and delish. What's great about this recipe is that you use your favorite BBQ sauce and all the other ingredients just enhance the flavor. The pork is tender, juicy and shreds beautifully. It's perfect with coleslaw on a bun.
