My family love this chili and I serve it during Super Bowl every year. It's a tradition in our house.

How to Make Southern Carolina Slow Cooker Chili

  1. Brown sausage and onions until brown. Brown hamburger meat until brown. (Drain well)
  2. Put meat/pork and all ingredients into a large crock pot. Stir well. Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with Frito/Chips, sour cream and sharp shredded cheese. This Carolina southern chili is spicy and delicious. The sour cream, cheese, chips just add to the flavors. ENJOY, Carolina southern style.
