Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy sausage, browned and crumbled
- 1 pound lean hamburger meat, browned and crumbled
- 2 teaspoons chili power
- 1/2 cup finely cut sweet onion
- 2 cans spicy chili beans
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 can rotelle or diced tomatos w/peppers

Step 1Brown sausage and onions until brown. Brown hamburger meat until brown. (Drain well)

Step 2Put meat/pork and all ingredients into a large crock pot. Stir well. Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Serve with Frito/Chips, sour cream and sharp shredded cheese. This Carolina southern chili is spicy and delicious. The sour cream, cheese, chips just add to the flavors. ENJOY, Carolina southern style.
