spicy sausage, browned and crumbled
1 lb
lean hamburger meat, browned and crumbled
2 tsp
chili power
1/2 c
finely cut sweet onion
2 can(s)
spicy chili beans
1 can(s)
tomatoe sauce
1/4 c
finely chopped bell pepper
1 tsp
hot sauce
1 can(s)
rotelle or diced tomatos w/peppers

How to Make Southern Carolina Slow Cooker Chili


  • 1Brown sausage and onions until brown. Brown hamburger meat until brown. (Drain well)
  • 2Put meat/pork and all ingredients into a large crock pot. Stir well. Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 3Serve with Frito/Chips, sour cream and sharp shredded cheese. This Carolina southern chili is spicy and delicious. The sour cream, cheese, chips just add to the flavors. ENJOY, Carolina southern style.
