  • 4 - 1 1/2 - 2 " thick boneless chops
  • - salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegt. oil
  • 1 1/2-2 cups vadalia onion--separate into rings
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 - (8 oz) sour cream
  • - hot cooked rice (optional)

How To Make sour cream pork chops with vidalia onions

  • Step 1
    IN LARGE SKILLET, HEAT OIL OVER MED. HIGH HEAT. ADD CHOPS, COOK UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. PUT ONION RINGS EVENLY OVER CHOPS.
  • Step 2
    IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE STOCK, PARSLEY, MUSTARD, & PAPRIKA & SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER. POUR BROTH MIXTURE OVER CHOPS. RETURN THE MIXTURE TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT TO MED. HIGH & SIMMER 30 MINS, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
  • Step 3
    STIR IN SOUR CREAM UNTIL BLENDED & COOK UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. THIS CAN BE SERVED OVER HOT COOKED RICE IF DESIRED
