salt & pepper
2 Tbsp
vegt. oil
1 1/2-2 c
vadalia onion--separate into rings
1 c
beef stock
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp
yellow mustard
1 tsp
paprika
1
(8 oz) sour cream
hot cooked rice (optional)

How to Make SOUR CREAM PORK CHOPS WITH VIDALIA ONIONS

Step-by-Step

  • 1IN LARGE SKILLET, HEAT OIL OVER MED. HIGH HEAT. ADD CHOPS, COOK UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. PUT ONION RINGS EVENLY OVER CHOPS.
  • 2IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE STOCK, PARSLEY, MUSTARD, & PAPRIKA & SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER. POUR BROTH MIXTURE OVER CHOPS. RETURN THE MIXTURE TO A BOIL.

    REDUCE HEAT TO MED. HIGH & SIMMER 30 MINS, STIRRING
    OCCASIONALLY.
  • 3STIR IN SOUR CREAM UNTIL BLENDED & COOK UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.

    THIS CAN BE SERVED OVER HOT COOKED RICE IF DESIRED
