1 1/2 lblean grounf beef
·(or use half beef and half pork)
1/2 cfinely chopped onion
1 pkg(8 ounces) sour cream
1 tspgarlic powder
·salt and pepper to taste
1small package frozen peas
How to Make Sour Cream Baked Meatballs EASY!
- Mix meat, onion, half of sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into balls and brown in an oven proof skillet. Stir together remaining sour cream, milk, and peas. Pour this mixture over meatballs in skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meatballs are completely cooked. Serve with baked potatoes or rice.
