These are awesome ribs...they just fall off the bones! And the sauce is just wonderful!

  • 4 lb
    country-stlye pork ribs, trimmed
  • 2 tsp
    salt, divided
  • 1/4 c
    dried, minced onion
  • 1 c
    packed, light brown sugar
  • 1
    3.9 oz cup peach flavored applesauce
  • 1 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp
    a-1 steak sauce
  • 1 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make So sassy slow-cooked ribs


  1. Cut ribs apart and sprinkle ribs w/ 1 tsp salt. In bowl, stir together remaining salt and all other ingredients.
  2. Pour 1/2 the sauce into a 4-quart slow-cooker. Set ribs on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover cooker and cook for 6 hrs.
