smothered pork chops
(2 RATINGS)
I wanted a new way to cook pork chops so I went to food network and found a recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/lowcountry-smothered-pork-chops-recipe/index.html that inspired this dish, I altered it to the way I thought it ought to be. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
