- 6 - pork chops
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 pounds sauerkraut
How To Make smothered pork chops

Step 1Place pork chops in large shallow baking dush. combine jelly, soy sauce, catsup and gaelic. Pour over pork. Sprinkle sauerkraut over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
