Ingredients

  • 6
    pork chops
  • 1/2 c
    apple jelly
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 lb
    sauerkraut

How To Make

  • 1
    Place pork chops in large shallow baking dush. combine jelly, soy sauce, catsup and gaelic. Pour over pork. Sprinkle sauerkraut over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
